What does it mean to LEAD in Kidmin? Here’s little acronym I use to help me stay focused on what my role is as a leader. Whether it be toward children or adults, I am to:
- L ove – to care for them as Jesus would, remembering that they are worth His life
- E ncourage – to lift them up through my words and actions
- A dmonish – to caution, advise or counsel against sinful actions & behavior
- D isciple – to teach them the ways of God’s Word
